FAQFlow lets a merchant add a smart FAQ widget to a Shopify store in under two minutes, which reduces repetitive support questions and helps shoppers find answers faster. It drafts FAQs from the product catalog with AI, tracks deflection and unanswered searches, and matches the store brand without any code.
It is built to Shopify review standards with secure OAuth, privacy webhooks, and multi store support. The public site is live and the app is preparing for its Shopify App Store listing.
